30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided that:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

You contact us first at support@sereva.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

You ship the item back to us at sereva within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.
How to start a return

Email [support@sereva.com] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@sereva.com] with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Order changes and cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you may return it under this policy once it arrives.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective: items that have been opened, used, worn, or washed. Discounted or clearance items marked "final sale" are non-refundable.
